Charges and Payments- Customers shall pay D-Boss Roll Offs & Recycling for all collection and disposal service. This includes all charges for equipment maintenance, fuel recovery and environmental recovery at current monthly rates. |

Waste Material- D- Boss will not accept any Hazardous Material. This includes but not limited to paint, batteries, tires, appliances, freon, medical waste, biohazards, asbestos, propane tanks etc. If such waste is found in containers, they are subject to be dumped on site. The exception will be tires and there will be a $50.00 fee per tire assessed for disposal. |

Driveways and Parking Area's- D-Boss places all dumpsters on site at the request of the customers. However D-Boss is not responsible for any damages done to the property, driveways, and curbs. Concrete especially is subject to break due to weight. Back doors are the customer's responsibility to close prior to service. |

Equipment- A. Responsibility- The equipment furnished hereunder by D-Boss shall remain the property of D-Boss; however, Customer acknowledges that it has care; custody and control of the equipment while at the Customer's location and accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the equipment, and for its contents. Customers agree not to overload containers (By weight or volume), move or alter equipment, and shall use the equipment only for its proper intended purpose. Customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless D-Boss against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property arising out of customer's use, operation or possession of the equipment. B. Access- Customers agree to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled collection day. If the equipment is inaccessible the Customer will be immediately notified and D-Boss reserves the right to charge an additional $75.00 trip fee for Customers failure to providing such access. |

Attorney's Fees- In the event there is a breach of contract Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collection fees, etc. |

Overloads- Now 40yrd containers include the first 4 tons, 30yrd containers include the first 3 tons, 20yrds include the first 3 tons.anything over is $45.00 per ton. |

Container Conditions- Anything over 10 tons may be dropped on site.Containers must have at least 18 inches from the top free of debris.Weight must be evenly distributed in the container.When loading inert material such as concrete, dirt or asphalt the container may not contain anything else. |

Relocation- If you need the container relocated on site there will be a $75.00 fee. |

Inactive Fee- There will be an inactive fee of $4.29 per day accessed to all containers with no activity over 2 weeks. |

Call Offs- All customers are responsible for there own call offs. D-Boss will continue charging for the container until we are contacted at (623) 581-1634 and told otherwise. |

COD's- All containers are COD unless the Customer sets up an account with office. D-Boss accepts the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash or checks. |

CC- All customers must have a credit card on file for any overloads or over contracts to be billed to. If there is not a valid credit card on file you will not recieve service. |
